You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation at any stage. Withdrawal of funds may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. winforlife will never ask for your password. Any activity conducted through your Account while you are logged in — or through unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials — is your responsibility. Notify winforlife support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
winforlife accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). winforlife does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency transfers, or payments from third-party accounts not registered in the Player's own name.
Deposits are processed in real time or near-real time depending on the payment method. Minimum deposit amounts are as indicated on the deposit page within the Platform. winforlife reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits exceeding applicable thresholds under PAGCOR anti-money laundering guidelines.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes displayed in the Platform's cashier section. For GCash withdrawals, processing typically occurs within 5 to 30 minutes for fully verified Accounts. winforlife reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification or fraud investigation. All withdrawal requests must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable limits.
Once a wager has been accepted and the game round has commenced, the bet amount cannot be refunded. In the event of a technical error or game malfunction, winforlife's technical team will review the round and apply the outcome consistent with game rules and PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on winforlife and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities:
All content on the winforlife Platform — including but not limited to the winforlife brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and design elements — is the exclusive property of winforlife or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international conventions. No content from winforlife may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or publicly displayed without prior written authorisation from winforlife.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winforlife's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
winforlife shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical maintenance, third-party infrastructure failure, or force majeure events; (b) loss of data or unauthorised Account access resulting from a Player's failure to maintain credential security; or (c) any decision made by a Player in reliance on information provided on the Platform.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The rules and regulatory directives of PAGCOR, as applicable to licensed online gaming operators, form part of the regulatory framework within which these Terms operate.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and winforlife, the following resolution process applies:
winforlife reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, winforlife will provide notice via email to the address on file for your Account or through a notice displayed upon login to the Platform. The effective date of any amendment will be clearly stated. Continued use of winforlife after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
